i have just paid the security deposit for a unit i had decided to take on rent. i no longer want to live there and have not signed the TA with the landlord. can i get all my deposit back?

Hi ani,

1st, has the owner accepted your offer? If yes, perhaps you may wish to negotiate with the owner on the return of your security deposit, otherwise chances are you may be forfeiting the deposit, but what is the reason that you are backing out of this rental, if I may help further?
