I have just obtained my TOP for a new place and is looking to rent out my current house at Villa Marina. What is the approximate time needed to secure a tenant?

Depending on your unit sizing and asking price, renting out a unit might take around 3 weeks to 2 months. The rental asking clocks from $3000 upwards.

It depends on your rental price, facing, how furnished it is, and the number of units that is being listed for rent now at Villa Marina and its vicinity. There is currently more than 10 units for rent at Villa Marina now, either 3 or 4 bedroom units. Typical process shouldn't take more than 3 months if the price is reasonable, and also the Marine Parade region has good rental demand. Thanks and may I have the opportunity to work with you?
