I have fully paid house and intend to buy a condo for my only adult daughter, can I loan under equity loan @50 to pay for the condo and use her name to avoid ABSD?

Hi,
Yes that sounds workable, it also depends on the finances arrangement. Do note the minimum legal age to purchase a property is 21 years old.
