I have found that the estate manager of the apartment I am currently staying now has been very unprofessional and disrespectful in ways they handle the resident. Sometime I find that they are abusing their power and make the apartment like a prison. My guest was treated very rudely as well.I would like to find out to which authority I can file the complaint on. I have also taken photo evidence on the bad management they have. Appreciate! Thanks
