I have found advertisements for studio apartments or 1 bedroom hdb flats for rent. The price ranges from 700-900. How hard is it to find these apartments and/or HDB flats for rent in the stated price range? Are there any available? Looking forward to some answers. Thanks!

Those are very likely only renting out the bedrooms.
