Evening GB,

First of all, you need to fulfill the MOP, even you have fully paid for your current HDB mortgage.
Secondly, if you are SC, you will be a liable for 7% ABSD, payable by cash. If you are PR, you will be liable for 5% ABSD as you are required to sell away your HDB unit within 6 months from key collection.
