I have bought my new SER hdb 4room 5years ago. Oddities possible to sell it at half the valuation price to my grandmother of 73years old.

No loan is required in the transactions.

Looking forward to advise here.

Hi Sir/mdm,

Seriously it will be the best for you to give HDB a call and enquire and maybe you can brief the officers if you have any good supporting reasons. From what I know, by right you cannot do so. Thanks.
