I have bought a new 1br condo at D08-2 mins walk to MRT-freehold-39sqm for $670K, can someone tell me is it too expensive. Will I be able to fetch good rental or sell with high appreciation in 4-5yrs time?

Hi Ang,

Based on current sentiments, rental in the area for single bedroom can fetch around $3k, which translates to slightly above 5% rental yield, however, please note that this is the existing rental market situation.
