The chances of getting a 3rd subsidized housing unit is pretty low as the policy is quite strict. You may wish to appeal but I wouldnt count on it to be successful.

Alternatively you may wish to consider dual key private condos instead, and I have a list for you to consider. It is best if I can have your preferred requirements (such as location) so to make better recommendations. You may wish to raise your preferred price range to 1.2m so to get more options for dual key 99 year private condos. Thanks and hope to assist with your plans further.

Hi, if your budget allows, it is always advisable to go for a Freehold property as the capital appreciation would definitely be higher whether it is for a short to a long term.

As for private condo, some of the 99 year lease condo is selling at high price too. It really depends on the location.
