Recent transaction volume for 2BR condos in D17 is actually higher, compared to any other period in the last 3 years since Q12022.

Buyer profiles of District 17 are typically from pasir ris, loyang and tampines, and these buyers do have a number of options for condo developments. Pricing reasonably within 5% of recent comparable transactions of the same condo typically should appeal enough for buyers to view and offer, and the interest in this area is still present judging by recent transactions in the precinct. Just wondering if you have gotten any offer yet?

Private resale units have been moving slower this year due to the overall market sentiments. 2 bedroom 1 bath units appeal to a smaller group of buyers because of the 1 bathroom.

It could be a pricing issue or the marketing efforts. You can discuss with your salesperson to find out the root cause.
