I have been staying in my matrimonial home since I got married in 1989. This house belongs to my husband and his family and he is currently undergoing legal proceedings for this house to be sold.

I do not own any property and I have just filed for divorce, and waiting to sign the Interim Judgement papers soon, my husband had indicated that me and my 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter, need to move out of this house by June 2021.

I do not own any property and wish to appeal to my Aljunied Constituency (WP MP) to allow me to apply for a resale HDB. Is my chance good to apply for early approval,

Hi, yes you can try appealing to the HDB branch officer of your estate and seek for a rental flat from them in order to tide through this whole ordeal.

Hi Mdm,

I'm sorry to learn about your situation. Stay positive, and things will turn out fine.

As a divorcee, you will be able to purchase a HDB resale flat if you are a Singapore Citizen. Alternatively, your daughter may also qualify to purchase a resale flat with your granddaughter if either of them is a Singaporean. There is no need to appeal to the MP, as you will be eligible.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
