As you know, land is scarce in Singapore thus it will always be a good time to buy or sell landed properties. Furthermore, I believe it is everyone's dream to own a landed property. Therefore, demand for landed property will always be there. With a strong demand, but low supply, do you think you will go any wrong owning a landed property? In addition, prices of landed property in terms of per square foot basis are increasing over the years but if you compare with private condo, there is still room for prices to go up. Therefore, if you have bought a landed property years ago, you can consider cashing out to change your investment portfolio.
