Being in the industry since 2013, I have been helping owners to change their property portfolio through asset progression strategy. Most of the owners that I have met do not know that they can actually upgrade to more than 1 property and can still have a reserve fund for rainy days. Staying abreast in the ever-changing property market allows me to provide professional advice and offer customized plans to meet individual needs. Coming from an ordinary family, I saw how my parents are struggling with their retirement needs when even downgrading their only HDB flat could not solve their concerns. With that, I am determined to reached out and to touch and change my clients' life so as to provide them with a better retirement plan.
