I have an tenancy agreement with option for 1 year renewal for tenant. Now the tenant don't agreed with new rental and propose to go to independent valuer as stipulated in the TA. My questions : how much to hire valuer ? Are both tenant and landlord legally binded by the outcome of the valuer ?
