Please be careful of this.
(1) We are only allowed to rent to people with valid pass, and this is non-negotiable.
Valid passes are:
(a) Student Pass
(b) Long Term Visit Pass
(c) Dependent Pass
(d) Work Permit
(e) S Pass
(f) Employment Pass
(2) Without any of those listed above are not allowed to rent any private residence accommodation in Singapore.
(3) He might be carrying a short-term social visit pass to enter Singapore, thus is only allowed to stay in hotel, service apartment etc for the short term stay.
(4) FIN number is available for any foreigner who enter Singapore.
(5) He is allowed to rent if he could provide a PIA (Principal-In-Approval) from MOM.
