i have an exisiting joint private property with my husband. If i intend to purchase a 2nd private property only with my name, what will be the property tax ?

Hi,

It will be 7% ABSD + approx 3% Buyer Stamp Duties on your next purchase price, if you are local SC. Thanks and hope to assist further.
