Hi Rajan,

Currently i have quite a few groups of tenants but two most potentials are:
i have a group of USA expat corporate client of 4 paxs coming to singapore end of this month or early july. They are contemplating to get a apartment near Town and i tink the asking $ you are looking at should be within the company HR range.

my 2nd group of good profile tenant is a indonesia chinese family working as private banker and finance manager. I can sound out to them also.

    For your kind info, I am the owner of the apartment,living in Australia and my existing realestate agent and POWER OF ATTORNEY OF this property
    is living in Singapore , but due to medical condition she could not be able to move around and find suitable tenants and thats why I am involving in this. Your service will be much appreciated if you could work together with her and make a sucessful deal. I wish to make proper documentation and have a copy of it and everything to be legally accepted by Singapore government. Hope you would agree for the deal. Please confirm to proceed further.
