I have already found a condo that I'm keen on (& even have 2 back ups in case that falls through - this is after viewing about 40++ properties at 8 condos on my own), did a trade off table to find out best buy, researched on the best price to offer using URA website, secured a Mortgage Advisor, and know which bank to loan with too. At this stage, how much can a Buyer Agent value add to my purchase? I've lots of 'friends' asking to represent me, but I'd rather trust myself more as none I am too comfortable with. I want to offer by end of coming week. I don't need to move in till end of the year, so I have the luxury of time too. I'm hoping that without a Buyer Agent I can negotiate a lower price as Seller Agent does not need to pay Buyer Agent.
