I have a whole apartment to rent out at Block 10X Punggol. HDB approved unit. What is the difference in rent between a partially furnished (no fridge, washing machine, TV, mattress) unit and fully furnished one? Please give me a realistic amount. Thanks.

Hi JL,

Honetly most tenants need fridge and washing machine when they rent the house. The difference is the rental is only about S$200-$300 without these furniture but it will limit the number of tenants who would want to view or take up your place thus may take longer time to rent it out.
