I have a unit to rent out at The Stellar along West Coast Road, near to NUS and NUH. My tenant will finish her lease in Jan'2011. This is a 1389 sqft, 3+1 room, unblocked pool view, high on the 4th floor, no west sun. How should I go about renting it out and how much should I ask for?

    Can you email me at geksai@gmail.com so that I can email you the floor plan? The unit has less than 2 months to end of lease, so it is open to public for viewing now.
