Expected Closing rental price should range between $1.5k to $1.8k depending on condition of house, whether furniture provided, and also proximity to MRT..

You may want to consider the type of tenants preferred by your self?

Hi Jane,

The median rent for 3rm flat at Clementi for period from Jul to Sep 09 is $1.5k. So you may use that as a guide after factoring your unit location, condition and type of tenants.

Have you met the HDB criteria to rent out whole unit? It is not worth it to try to lock 1 room as you could lose your flat.

Current Market rate for 3rm flat in Clementi is around 1.8k to 2.2k depending on condition of the house like eg; Fully Furnished/Partial Furnished/Non Furnished, With/Without Aircon,Near to MRT or not

And most importantly is what types of tenant your are looking at such as races,their profile likes students?working professional and etc..At the end of the lease term,it will reflect into your flat during the hand over
