When Guillemard Edge is fully completed (lesser SSD to be paid), and based on nearby Completed properties sales, and current situations,
your purchase should be able to fetch minimum $575,000

Meaning in 2016, you could be making a cool $70,000. Great purchase!

2 ways to find out valuation of your current units will be:

1) past transactions (which I personally feel its irrelevant for this project as last transaction was last oct)

2) banks. (maybe you can share your unit details for me to retrieve a bank valuation for you)

Do share with me your purchase date so I can come out with a financial calculation for you to decide whether to go ahead with the sale.
