Based on the location of Ariel, which is close to Eunos MRT, you should be able to get a tenant within 1 to 2 months, and do note that you can get a tenant faster if you are looking at a fair market value.

Hi Raider,

With my experience after assisting my clients with several rentals and my activity level in D15, I would say that there are high demand from tenants, provided that the asking rental is realistic. The unit should also be in considerably good conditions. The longest I have took to market a unit with such conditions was 1.5 month due to slightly further away from MRT station.

If your asking is reasonable, you can get your place rented out within weeks. If your asking is targetting at premium in your neighbourhood, a tenant may like your place in due course which varies on location, timing & market.
