Renting Property

i have a stall (fully paid) and we have found an interested tenant who wants to rent the stall. Please advice if we will need to engage a agent to do up the necessary paper work.

Hi,

If you have the capability to draw out your own tenancy agreement, by all means you can save the costs of engaging the services of an agent to do the paperwork for you. All tenancy agreement and stamping procedures can be DIY, provided you know how to do it.
