I have a situation. I am PR and my god mother has asked me to house-sit her unit for the next 2 years. She lives in Australia. She does not need me to pay rent. I know that a TA cannot be $0 value. What agreement can we have that says I live at her place without rent? I need some sort of proof to ICA for change of address and for banks.
