I have a shared private condo property with my sister. we are currently paying our bank loan using our CPF. I have the intention to transfer (give) my share of the private condo property to my sister name and i would like to buy a HDB Resale flat. Question now is if i want to give my private condo property share to my sister, do my sister need to repay the amount of money which previously i took from my CPF account to repay monthly bank loan ? My intention is to GIVE my share to her (not selling) . Await your reply. Thanks .
