I have a question regarding inheritance of HDB flat.
Current situation:
I am sole owner of my hdb flat. My wife is listed as occupier. The flat was bought from HDB subsidised price in 2007, MOP completed and fully paid. Both are Singaporeans.
If my wife gets a private property under her own name. In the event of my death and there is no Will, can my wife keep the flat?
