I have a question for all gurus. I am buying a hdb and my 1st appt is due in 5 days time. Meanwhile the seller (the sole owner) fell down and is now unconscious in hospital. She is sure to miss the 1st appt date. I was told that a "power of attorney" letter takes abt 1 month or so to be drafted and endorsed by the High Court. What will happen when the seller is absent from the 1st appt? I need the house in 2 months time becos we have already sold our current place. Wat are the steps that i can take?
