Hi Kartick, Rental agreements are private agreements therefore as long as both landlord and tenant are agreeable to all the terms and conditions within the agreement, it can be a valid contract. If you are unsure of what to include in this contract, you can actually seek a lawyer to draft out a copy for you and tenant.
