May I know is there any particular reason in this preferred arrangement? The yield may be higher but from experience tenants will tend not to take care of the property as well as family groups.
I have been working on a rental at Sophia Hills and had various enquiries from single and couple tenants. Perhaps we could work out an arrangement?
