Have you actually signed on any exclusive agreement with this agent? Well it is easy to say that we have existing tenants who facing issues in finding places for rent that are pet friendly, I believe that you have engaged this agent earlier for a reason, thus it could be good to communicate your expectations to the agent and see if she is able to improve on her performance, over just chopping and changing the agents like that.
Personally I also do not like any clients who changes me out without first communicating the concerns to me. To have a working relationship, I believe all parties involved must communicate. If it fails, then it could be time to change.
Of course, if the apartment is already empty for a while, then perhaps you may need to make a ruthless decision in changing the agents since it does not make sense to allow the property go empty indefinitely just because you want to give the agent a chance to improve. Overall, a balance approach maybe the most sensible thing to do going forward.
