I have a new BTO with 5 year MOP. I decided not to move into the BTO due to new born child and will live with my parents as i travel overseas for work about 50% per month. I seek to rent out two rooms and keep one room for myself. I can only visit my BTO a few hours per day for about 15+ days per month as i am frequently overseas. Will this be an issue to HDB?

Morning, Accordingly to HDB ruling, rental of rooms are allowed (for units that have not fulfilled MOP), as long as the owner area also staying within the unit. Do contact me for further discussion to work things out. Regards Mike Lim 96929209  m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
