I have a mutual agreement with the buyer but after collecting the $1k deposit, they are not following the agreement.After signing then my agent told me verbal agreement is not valid.My agent did not inform me before signing.Is there any other way to make sure they honor the agreement?

Afternoon,

In the eye of Sinagpore Law, verbal agreement are also considered as legal binding but you need to have evidence to support your claims.
Your salesperson should be able to assist you further.
