Hi Rambo,

If your cash is enough for the downpayment of the condo, and if you have also cleared your loan of your HDB, you can buy a condo for stay and rent out your HDB for some excess cash each month. Provided you still have CPF to pay for your condo on monthly installment, without having to use the cash generated from your HDB rental.
