I have a hdb 3I flat in Toa payoh East for rental. Flat ready for move in by 21 Dec

Have some budget constraints on agent fee. Is it still possible to rent thru agent?

Would any agent be keen?

Standard commission is 0.5 month rental for 1 year lease etc.

Afternoon Theresa,

Commission on unit rental is at 0.5 months for one year lease and 1 month for anything between 13 to 24 months. You will receive goodfaith and security deposit once the TA is firmed. That should be enough to bring you through.
