Pricing would be subjected to various conditions of the unit, however they would range from $2.50-$4 pst (built -in)

There are various factors that would fluctuate the rental prices of the unit, e.g how many bedrooms are there, if it is immediate and what kind of profile is the tenant.

If you have the intention to lease out your unit, can i propose that we do a short meet up for us to discuss on the various aspects and the pitfalls?

I am unable to provide any estimation as I do not know the configuration of your property as well as the various factors which will affect the rental price. My fellow colleagues have provided a price range from $2.50-$4 psf, which may end up in huge range on quantum wise and this isn't helpful in your decision making.
