I have a budget of 3 million dollars for 2 condos. I would like to find a condo that has room for 8 persons, freehold, and is preferably centrally located.

The other condo that I am looking for is for investment purposes, to be rented out, with at least 4k/month.

Is there any agent that could help me out?
