Hi owner,

Does yours come with 3 or 4 bedrooms? It is a waste that your apartment comes with such beautiful floor material and to be rented out. It will be a pity if the tenants do not know how to take care of it while staying there.

Anyway, for a fully furnished unit, you may consider calling rental at $3k monthly but for your situation, you may wish to call at $2.8k. My adivse is to leave your options open for the furnishing options and ask for $3k with basic full furnishings provided.

If you have not gotten the approval for rental, please do so as tenants nowadays are looking for such documents before committing to rent a unit due to past bad records for some units.
