I have a 5I Hdb unit in yishun ring road at blk 809. I wish to rent whole unit as we now live overseas. I am looking for and agent and would also need to know the price for rental. the unit is fully funished except without air-con.

Please advise.

Hi Andy,

The estimated rental is $2300 to $2500. If you can install air con, the rent will be higher and also easier to rent out. Nowadays people go for air conditioned unit.

Since you are staying overseas, i can help to manage the entire renting process in your absence.

Hi Andy,

How much would you like to rent your unit out for? I'd advise you to take some time to install the aircon for your unit as tenants who take up rental will be required to take up servicing of the aircon once per quarter, and you will be able to fetch better rental returns.
