The rental is depending on the condition of your unit,whether you provide furnishing or not,and the convenience of your unit in terms of amenities and public transport.I currently have 2 ladies,chinese stewardesses looking for a unit in Sengkang / Punggol area.Move-in date in early/mid Jul.They are hardly home due to their work nature.So rest assured that you will not get complains from your neighbours.Kindly call me for more info..Thank you..
