I have a 5 room flat at Bedok Reservoir View and I wish to rent out the whole unit. What is the price I can rent? If I wish to rent out for 2 yrs, is it better I get a two year contract or 1 year renewable, base on current market situation? Which is more advantageous to me? William Tan
