Evening,

You can compare your unit with other transacted unit within your perimeters. Do remember to add in certain percentage of buffer if the age difference is huge. That should give you an estimated gauge of the possible selling price.

Good Day to you Ms Sher,

You may do so by looking at recent transactions of HDB units that are in close proximity to yours.

You may also want to look at how much sellers living around your area are asking for. This will give you an indication of how much your property is worth.
