I have a 3 b.rm apartment low floor, Rivervale Crest, full condo facilities, next to Rivervale Crest Mall, can you get a reliable family to rent out my apt at a resonable market rate - it is fully furnished, I am based overseas. Tenanted till 15 Dec 2011. current tenant job contract expired.
