I have a 3-bedroom condo apartment that I would like to rent out. Where is the best place to list it (Propertyguru?)and how do I get it listed on that website? What are essential things that I need to show / emention about the apartment?

PropertyGuru accepts listings from agents with a subscription to PropertyGuru.
If you are the owner/seller, kindly engage one of the registered agents to assist you.
