Perhaps you may wish to work both ways. Open up the unit for rental as well as sales and see which deal comes in first. Depending on the furnishing options and size of your unit, you are probably looking at a rental range starting from $4k onwards.
Selling a property will greatly depends on your commitments financially and if you have something else which you can invest in using the proceeds. Otherwise with the cash sitting in the bank with such a low interest rate, it will be better off to keep the property to generate rental income.
