I have a 2 room condo unit in Dover Parkview for rental. Fully furnished. available immed. Please advise what is the market rental now.

Hi Tricia, I had just transacted one there in November, at about $3700, that unit was on a high floor. It really depends on the condition of the unit.

Hi Tricia,

If you are looking at current asking price that landlord is expecting for similar units, it is between $3300 to $4200. As for transacted units that have been captured by IRAS, it is about $3.70psf if I were to based it on 936sqf of build-in area.

I have a pair of German students who are here on exchange program in NTU seeking rental around the area with $4k budget requiring full furnishings. Would you be open to students as your prospective tenants?
