Hi Iris, Typically if the defects are superficial and minor, there is no harm in proceeding to market the property for rent and start the whole viewing process. There is usually a 30days warranty clause included within the tenancy agreement for you to rectify any issues pertaining to the unit therefore there should be no worries about that.
