I have 2 questions:
1) am looking to buy a property with enbloc potential. Please advise Abd recommend.
2) does the HDB allow an owner to rent out the entire unit upon reaching the MOP?

Hi Mdm Cheng,

Yes, if you're a Singapore Citizen, you will be allowed to rent out you entire HDB unit upon fulfillment of your 5-year MOP, subjected to HDB approval.

As for properties with en bloc potential, I will need to know what's your budget like, and the time frame you're looking at for the en bloc. It is best if you can contact me, and we can take the discussion further.

Hi Mdm Cheng, if the private property is going to be your 2nd property, then the stamp duty payable will be at 10%. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
