I have 2 private properties in my name. First property is the Joint tenant with my parents, the 2nd property is my under my name only. I intend to get married and add my spouse name to the 2nd property. The 2nd property cost approx $700,000 and its only TOP in 2015. What are the things i need to consider? How much is the cost of adding name to the 2nd property?
