I had rent a shop with a year contract and a month deposit. after a month i decided to quit the shop which i renovated but the owner told me i cant do so and have to continue with the remaining months or else he will claim damaged, my question is can i just abandon the premises since i cant afford the rental? thanks for kind advise.
